Three Performance Nutrition plans, one difference that matters: how much of your day you want handled. A plain guide to choosing.
Our first version of this service asked people to get in touch so we could design something custom. It was too many steps. Most people already know what they want: I train hard, feed me for that. Or: I just want to eat clean, give me that one. So we built the plans around those answers. The Performance side has three.
What they share
Every Performance plan is cooked from the same local, organic ingredients as everything else we make. Every one builds each meal around macros set to your goals, which we work out in the first conversation and adjust as you go. Service runs five days a week, and every plan includes lunch and dinner.
Foundation
Lunch and dinner, with macros set to your goals. $6,800 a month, which works out to $315 a day. This is the plan for someone who has breakfast handled and wants the two meals that usually go wrong during a workday done properly.
Forge
Foundation plus a morning smoothie and a pre-workout or a snack. $8,500 a month, $395 a day. In practice this is where most founders start. The smoothie replaces whatever was being skipped at 7am, and the pre-workout means training doesn't depend on what's in the pantry.
Summit
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack, and pre-workout. $11,000 a month, $510 a day. The whole day. If you train hard, or you simply want food fully off your plate, this is the one. Our CEO clients tend to be on Summit.
If you're not sure
- Two people with very different goals do better on two individual plans than one shared one.
- A couple with similar goals is usually better served by Family Style, which covers two adults for lunch and dinner.
- You can change plans. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Commit to 12 weeks and save 3%, or 24 weeks and save 5%, with the option to skip weeks when you travel.
Questions about this
Which Performance plan do most people start on?
Forge. It adds a morning smoothie and a pre-workout or snack to lunch and dinner, which covers the parts of the day that usually get skipped.
Are macros the same every day?
They're set to your goals in the first conversation and adjusted as your training or targets change. Tell us and we'll rebuild the next menu around it.
Can I move from Foundation to Summit later?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
